At Optimum Truck Parts, all used and rebuilt engines, transmissions, and truck parts are inspected prior to sale. Due to the nature of heavy-duty equipment, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Returns may only be accepted under the following conditions:
- Incorrect item shipped
- Item significantly different from description
- Approved warranty claim
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and approved by Optimum Truck Parts prior to returning any merchandise.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned items must remain in original condition and not be disassembled or modified.

- Warranty does not cover labor, towing, downtime, fluids, seals, gaskets, misuse, overheating, improper installation, or lack of maintenance.
- Front and rear main seals, oil leaks, and external components are not covered unless stated in writing.
Warranty Claim Procedure:
- Customer must notify Optimum Truck Parts immediately upon discovering an issue.
- Product must remain available for inspection before any repairs are performed.
- Unauthorized repairs may void warranty coverage.
